Whether you’re purchasing motor vehicle parts, components, supplies, tools, or accessories, this policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Definitions

For clarity throughout this document:

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to REBEL POINT SDN. BHD., located at No. 27392, Jalan Kulim, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.
  • “Customer”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or entity purchasing from the Company.
  • “Goods”, “Products”, or “Items” refer to any motor vehicle parts, components, tools, and accessories sold by the Company through its wholesale and retail channels.
  • “Website” refers to our official online platform and any affiliated digital marketplaces managed by the Company.

2. Return Policy (Within 30 Days)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging, including any accessories, instruction manuals, labels, and documentation.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email).

Items that show signs of use, wear, or modification may not be eligible for return.


3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at r-point@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include the following:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Supporting photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide return instructions.

All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


5. Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

We understand that you may need to cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled within twelve (12) hours from the time of purchase.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to r-point@outlook.com with your order number and full name.
  • Orders are eligible for cancellation only if they have not been processed, packed, or shipped.
  • If the cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In that case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

  • Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  • Email us at r-point@outlook.com with the following:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the situation and respond with a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement, subject to availability and condition.


7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
